Just a quick video for you today explaining the importance of PC Maintenance and what you can do if your PC seems to be on it’s last legs.

This was prompted by some issues I was having with a laptop of mine which became so slow I could set it a simple task and then go and make myself  coffee, biscuits and a sandwich in the time it took to get it done, which was annoying to say the least, and also not very good for my waistline :-)

Anyway, check out the video where I recommend some great resources that can get your PC running like new again.

    I use the following apps
    CCleaner (Multi Function) FREE
    Free Windows Registry Repair FREE
    Easy Cleaner (most of the time you won’t need this if you have the 2 above) FREE
    Trojan Hunter PAID
    Microsoft Security Essentials FREE (Excellent)
    Malware AntiBytes PAID
    Super Antispyware PAID
    SpyWare Blaster FREE
    Clean Up FREE (Removes Unnecesaary Folders)
    Spybot S&D (Rarely Use)
    For Emergency Clean Up I use:
    TDSSKiller FREE
    Hijack This FREE
    MyDefrag FREE

    No one system will clean up and repair you system!

    Don’t foget to use chkdsk in Win XP: Start>Run>chkdsk space(drive c, d, e,…):/f

    Use the above in combination once a week or so and your pc will run like bought one all the time!

    Hi Eddy

    I use Snoopfree Pivacy Shield (FREE) as well.
    Its an anti key logger too and is very useful to have.
